DEVOtional 2000 was the ultimate DEVOtee GEEKfest to date. This vac sucked SPUDS in from L.A., GA, FLA, IL, MA, KY, CT, PA, and all points in between. A success?, I do believe! Next Year? Let's Go...Are U Ready for the SUPER THING?, The thing that makes it larger than life. I had the greatest time meeting and geeking with the greatest of all spuds! We all came together and made this thing work, we all shared some very special moments with the General, we all turned on to rare audio and visual stuff from our beloved DEVO.What about Michael Pilmers relics,that's a collection! and we all wish it could have lasted longer. Duty Now For The Future was also a great surprise. CD Truth from Akron was another great live band. Can we dance the poot again next year?, I HOPE SO!!!

ATTN ALL DEVO GEEKS:

What more can I say? The event was great. Can't wait to hang out with you all again...and I'm looking forward to meeting others at next year's show (if there is one). Let me just say that I won't be the one instigating next year's event, so someone else is invited to take the reigns. I'll definitely help out with certain things - shirts, the Devoseum, etc. I'll also be glad to be your connection to the DEVO guys, but I really want to make sure I have time to GEEK OUT with the rest of you at the next one...so I'll keep my responsibilities to a minimum. Don't forget to send in more photos, and give us your post-show feedback on the "Testimonial" section of this site!

For god sakes, I hope there will be another devotional next year. For circumstances beyond my control, I regretfuly missed this one. I will not miss another. I am looking forward to meeting other spuds that share the same feelings about Devo as I. Till next year spuds... and yes Zach spud will be there too, and Bella spudess and my tomato.
